What we collect
When you use the Contact Us form, we collect the information you choose to submit, including your name, email address, subject and message. The current app may also store study progress, settings and practice history locally in your browser so the app can remember your activity on that device.
Why we use it
Contact-form information is used to respond to enquiries, investigate reported problems, improve the service and protect the website from misuse. Browser-stored study information is used to provide progress and personalization features.
Service providers
The website is deployed using Netlify, and the Contact Us form uses Netlify's form-handling service. Information submitted through that form may therefore be processed and stored by Netlify as our hosting/form service provider, subject to its applicable terms and privacy practices.
Data you should not send
Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, passport numbers, government identity documents, medical information or other unnecessary sensitive information through the contact form.
Retention and requests
We aim to retain contact enquiries only for as long as reasonably necessary for support, record-keeping, security and applicable legal requirements. You may contact us through the Contact Us page to request access, correction or deletion of information you previously submitted, subject to applicable law and any information needed to identify the relevant request.
Children
The service is designed for test preparation and is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from young children through the contact form. If you believe a child has submitted personal information improperly, contact us so it can be reviewed.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app gains features such as accounts, subscriptions, analytics or additional service providers. Material changes should be reflected on this page.
